Located within the protected core zone, the project mediates between historic farmsteads and the adjacent 1960s terrace houses. By responding to the typological rhythm of Sennhofstrasse and referencing the presence of the former barn, the design strengthens the identity of the settlement while introducing new density. At its heart lies the creation of shared forecourts, where extended hardscape surfaces replace the absence of public space and provide generous meeting points scaled to the community.
