This investigation begins with a simple question: how can a structure be conceived to extend its life beyond the initial program? If relevance is to endure after the first use has faded, the design must prioritize qualitative values over measurable efficiency. By allowing the container to resonate with its setting, it gains the potential to remain meaningful once its contents have changed. Yet this is never straightforward, particularly in environments marked by transformation, where historical traces, present demands and future projections coexist in fragile tension.
