Founded in 2005 by Ron Edelaar, Elli Mosayebi, and Christian Inderbitzin, EMI Architekten is based in Zurich with a practice spanning housing, urban planning, building projects, and exhibitions. With housing at the core of their work, the architects explore the fine-grained elements that shape everyday life, aiming to create dwellings that foster both human agency and delight. Alongside their practice, the founding partners are engaged in teaching and research, continuously enriching the architectural discourse through their academic contributions.
